Depending on the requirements of the individual user / business, ViaPost has a number of ways the service can be accessed.

 

Portal: allows users to upload letters, together with a mailing list, to send a bulk mailing. It has the ability to do online mail merges for a more personalised letter.

 

Driver: with the Driver installed on their workstation, users can send a document (or batch of documents) to ViaPost by selecting the ViaPost Driver.

 

API: allows your enterprise software, such as SAP, SAGE, IRIS, MS DYNAMICS or others to talk directly to our servers to manage large volumes of mail with minimal user intervention.

 

Spooler: a drive or folder on your desktop that is constantly monitored so that if a PDF file is saved (or drag and dropped) to that place it is instantly sent based on the preferences of that file (e.g. colour, simplex, etc).
